Number and password fields
Check whether the field label matches what you intend to enter. If a screen jumps between number, email, and password fields, slow down and correct it before moving ahead.
OTP messages
An OTP is private. Do not share it with a caller, chat contact, group contact, or unknown helper. A normal account screen should never ask you to send the code outside the app flow.
Locked sessions
Repeated failed attempts can lock a session. Waiting is better than trying random passwords. If the message is unclear, step away and avoid any paid action until the account state is clear.
